Our residents’ health and well-being are supported by Evergreen Health, a fully insourced subsidiary of Evergreen Lifestyle Villages. The team is headed up by Managing Director Elize Porter, a healthcare professional with a wealth of experience in the private healthcare industry, supported by Nursing Manager, Guin Lourens whom holds a doctorate in healthcare management. Melanie Carstens, the Care Manager, is a registered social worker with experience in managing residential retirement facilities. The team of 140 healthcare staff members include professional registered and all other categories of nurses, as well as highly trained carers. The multi-disciplinary team consists of a referral network of experienced doctors, audiologists, speech, occupational and physiotherapists, dieticians and biokineticists.
