Val de Vie boasts two family restaurants, conveniently located in the Pearl Valley Golf Course Clubhouse and in the Val de Vie Polo Pavilion next to the polo field.
The Polo Club Restaurant
At the heart of Val de Vie, overlooking the picturesque polo fields, is the renowned Polo Club Restaurant. With spectacular views of the mountains and the estate, this relaxed bistro-style restaurant offers a unique dining experience. The restaurant’s charming style affords guests the chance to soak up the flavours and surrounds of finest Cape dining as you enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the terrace or an intimate evening with family at the fireplace.
The laid-back atmosphere is conducive to relaxing and unwinding in the beautiful surroundings of the mountains and polo fields. The Polo Club Restaurant not only offers excellent dining, but also the added benefit of watching the weekly polo games during the polo season (October – April).
The Valley Restaurant
Whether you’re enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner or simply hosting an after-golf prize-giving, the acclaimed Valley Restaurant in the Pearl Valley Clubhouse is an excellent choice. Seating up to 140 guests, with large windows opening onto sprawling terraces, the restaurant is renowned for not only great gastronomic delights, but also for its spectacular views overlooking the neatly-manicured Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course which is framed by the majestic Simonsberg Mountain.
